Potty News

Hello.  My name is Rebecca.
I don't like the potty.
My mommy makes me go about every hour.
When I go, I ask her, "What's that?"
She tells me.
I tell her, "No, that's not it. It's water.  Lellow water."

Hello.  My name is Hunter.
I LOVE the potty.
My mommy is always kicking me out of the bathroom.
I love to play with the water and put lots of toilet paper
and other objects like my sisters' brush in the potty.
I'm always getting into trouble when I get in the toilet
and I just can't figure out why it grosses her out so much.
It's way fun!

What We've Been Up To

It's been a while, I know!  Here's a little of what each of us has been doing lately!

Bruce:
Still trying to find a way to gut this stump out.
Picking lemons, oranges and grapefruit almost every weekend to give to friends and to juice for us.

Erin:
Project after project -- along with four kids.
Projects on the to-do-list -- finally finish the quiet books, attempt to make four Easter dresses, and organize the kitchen cupboards and drawers (get rid of stuff we don't use and rearrange what we have)

Sarah:
Lost her tooth by trying to get a glue stick lid off with her teeth.
(She gave me specific instructions NOT to put this picture on the blog, but I couldn't resist.  It came as such a shock to her that she lost the tooth she was crying A LOT.  Not because it hurt, but because it wasn't ready and it bled a lot.  She finally calmed down after calling Papa to tell him all about it.  Nannie wasn't home at the time.)
Has her own room now -- got a little cocky for a few days,
but has again realized that Mom & Dad are still the bosses around here.
Passed the 2nd grade Top Bear tests and now working on passing 3rd grade.
Once again -- Thank you, Auntie Sung and abacus math.

Breanna:
Shares a room with Rebecca now.
Off to a rocky start, but thinks the top bunk is the best.
Sometimes it's quiet and I wonder where she is and I find her on her bed looking at books.
Loves preschool!!!
Informed me the other day that when she grows up, she wants to be a princess.

Rebecca:
LOVES to play with her Baby Andie (her cousin)!
Has been officially dubbed our "Energizer Bunny" -- she just keeps going and going and going.
SLOW DOWN is not currently in her vocabulary.
Getting potty trained -- if anyone has any ideas out there on how to help her
hold it til she gets to the bathroom, let me know!

Hunter:
Being his cute little self by giving me loads of kisses each day.
Screaming when he doesn't get his way or wants something badly --
I know it's only a phase, but I'd love for this one to end quickly!
The quickest way to stop the screaming is to say, "Where's Papa?" -- they're buddies!
Finally getting his teeth next to the really BIG ones.
Loves airplanes, cars, and tractors.
